ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

We work with our clients to achieve architectural solutions that meet the functional, aesthetic, and financial needs of our clients. Our expertise allows us to create designs that are unmatched in the community. By employing authentic design principles and state-of-the-art architectural science, we are able to create innovative designs.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As project managers, we provide a source of communication between clients, consultants, and contractors. We advise on the project design and oversee the construction process in order to ensure smooth progress and exceptional results.

Our firm has an extremely successful track record on completing projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest level of quality. As Construction Managers we tender the project to subcontractors and suppliers, and co-ordinate construction activities. We monitor construction schedule and budget on a monthly basis, and report the project’s fiscal standing to the owner.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We are dedicated to creating elegant and prestigious interior designs. We provide comprehensive interior design services that include furniture layout, selection of finishes and accessories. We also provide complete colour schemes.

TENANT DEVELOPMENT

We have been providing interior design and architectural services for over 15 years. Our team of highly skilled professionals provides tenant development services for building owners and tenants throughout Southwestern Ontario.

3D RENDERINGS, VISUALISATIONS, AND ANIMATIONS

It is well said that A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words. We provide 3D realistic photos of the projects and interior spaces. This allows the end users to visualize the design before it is built. Animations assist owners and shareholders to understand the work flow and the circulation within the project.
