PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Located in the heart of Downtown Windsor, this 5000 square foot restaurant display’s the exquisite culture of the Middle East. Extensive renovations transformed an old clothing store into an elegant dining facility. Mazaar, an award-winning restaurant, required an expansion of their dining area, and an addition of a private lounge, bar, and restrooms. Design layouts and allocation allowed for space maximization. The key to such expansions and additions is a design that allows for a seamless integration of the existing space and the added space.
