LMDH: Building Envelope Upgrade

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project included re-cladding the existing exterior brick walls with composite aluminum panels and two-inch semi- rigid insulation on self-adhesive air/vapor barrier. The purpose of the project was to improve indoor air quality and reduce energy consumption in addition to the fresh and modern look of aluminum panels compared to deteriorating brick veneer.
